Last week I discussed "moving your iceberg" as a metaphor for personal advancement. It's a powerful metaphor. Each people brings a specific frame of mind to our work and life, and that frame of mind drives our actions. However those around us only see the bit of us represented by our actions - that's the tip of our "iceberg." Obviously, those actio
